A: There is no set answer to this question. Each case is different, depending on the problem, or problems.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: There is no to accurately quote a price until we can determine the severity of the problem and the time it will take to fix it.
Q: What are your rates?
A: We have a standard business hours rate and an emergency “after-hours” rate.
There are two levels of standard rates:
- Remote support - $85
- Onsite support - $115
We also offer fixed bid flat rates for larger projects. Travel charges may apply for long distance travel (50 miles)
